I’m Carey, a self-discovery coach, parent, creative, and neurodiverse human.

I work with brilliant, big-hearted women who are tired of circling the same patterns and ready to feel like themselves again.

A 1:1 coaching session for when you’re spinning out, stuck, or starting something new — and don’t want to do it alone.

This two-hour deep dive is your reset button. It’s a space to pause, re-centre, and move forward with clarity and compassion. Whether you're navigating a big decision, feeling tangled in overwhelm, or just a little lost — you don't need a total overhaul. You need a moment to hear yourself think, and someone to help you find the next step.

Together, we’ll zoom in on what’s really going on beneath the surface, untangle what’s keeping you stuck, and create a plan that actually fits your brain, your energy, and your life.
